Emulator 27.1.12 Canary now available

Emulator 27.1.12 is now available in the Canary channel. It contains fixes for the following issues:

• https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/37095756 - Bluetooth audio quality degraded after starting the emulator.
• https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/73450633 - Locations sent to one emulator were sent to all of them.
• https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/73471760 - GPS location set using the console was overridden by values set using Extended Controls > Location in the graphical user interface.
