Emulator 30.0.16 is now available in the Canary and Dev channels. Changes:
- Disabled "Zoom" button for foldable AVDs
- Fix rotation buttons disappearing when "Disable device frame" is set
- ARM64 hosts:
- Added hostapd and pulseaudio
- Fixed installation path
