Emulator 27.1.10 Canary now available

Emulator 27.1.10 is now available in the Canary channel.

This version of the emulator includes various tweaks and stability improvements applied on top of Emulator 27.1.7 in the Stable channel.

Changes:

• When using an attached webcam, 720p is now available as a capture resolution. Going forward, this will be required in API 27 images and any attached webcam used will need 720p support.
• Fixed an issue where webcam capture from attached webcam would sometimes output a distorted / all-green image.
• Fixed an issue where it was possible to spuriously trip "emulator: ERROR: detected a hanging thread 'Qt event loop'. No response for 15000 ms" without an actual hang.
